Visa Information

Most visitors need a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates.

If you’re not sure whether a visa is necessary for your travel to the United Arab Emirates, please check with the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in your country or find out by searching here.

If you do require a visa, it will be possible to generate a visa invitation letter from the Confirmed Bookings section of your My Account area.

If your name appears differently on your passport to your registration, please get in touch and we’ll be able to help.

Please note we are only able to issue visa invitation letters to registered guests.
